Essay 2/ Was the Cold War a Long Peace?

I'm studying a bachelor's degree in security studies in Sydney Australia. This assessment is part of the International Security in the 20th Century / PICX1014 subject. This is the second assessment of this subject weighting 30% of the total marks.
