1. ACCEPTANCE OF ACEMYHOMEWORK PLATFORM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms govern your access to the information contained on the AceMyHomework website (the “Website”), use of the AceMyHomework application program interface(s) (API(s)), sample software code, and other related websites, networks, applications, SDKs, and other materials provided or made available by AceMyHomework (the “Platform”) that enable you to implement the AceMyHomework writing services offered by AceMyHomework (the “Service”) on one or more website(s), web application(s), or mobile application(s) owned and controlled by you (“Your Product”).

2. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access some features of the Platform or Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name and email address. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to provide a password. You must be 18 years or older to register. You are responsible for the security of their account. The service will not be held liable in the case your account security is breached. You absolve the service of any damages or liabilities that may occur due to any and all security breaches, regardless of fault either by the service or you. You are responsible for all content, messages, and activity under their account. You are limited to one account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements (“Materials”) provided by AceMyHomework are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials are the property of AceMyHomework or its third party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by AceMyHomework, you may not make use of the Materials. AceMyHomework reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly in these Terms.

4. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of the Services may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes. AceMyHomework reserves the right to determine pricing for the Services. AceMyHomework will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Website up to date. We may increase or add new fees for any existing Service or Service feature by giving you advance notice of changes before they apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

AceMyHomework.com is a private LLC. Our officers, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, campaigners, data providers, legal advisers, and any person acting for or on behalf of the company shall not be subject to any form of scrutiny or incrimination due to injuries, losses, claims, damages, and any actions precipitating from any of the services that we offer. Limitation of liability in no event shall we or our licensors or our third-party service providers be liable to you or any other member for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages pursuant to this agreement, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, in no event will our liability to you for any action or claim related to the site services provided under this agreement, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other theory of liability, exceed the greater of: (a) $100, or (b) the aggregate amount of service charges actually collected by us from you for the site services to which the liability relates during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the determination of such liability.

6. Academic Honesty Policy

Users are expected to use the service responsibly. The service should be used to learn from scholars via one-on-one tutoring. Users should not use the service to obtain answers to exams, quizzes, or other testing methods. Posting requests asking scholars to take exams or quizzes is prohibited and will be removed. Users should not, under any circumstance, turn in the work of scholars as their own.

7. Scholar Guidelines

Scholars are prohibited from giving out contact information or their PayPal email on our site. Scholars may not start work on a project for a client until they are officially assigned a project. Messaging clients with tutorials before being officially assigned the project will result in account suspension.

8. Referral Program

The Referral Program ("Refer-A-Friend Program") of acemyhomework.com is a program that allows users to receive a payment from our website ("Bonus") into their account for referring a new user ("Referred User") to us. Users may not refer themselves for the Referral Program or a user having the same IP address as themselves.

9. Privacy & Refund Policy

Users are encouraged to review our privacy and refund policies by clicking on the provided links on our website.

10. General Conditions

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You must not modify, adapt, or modify the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with this service.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are under a legal obligation to respect and uphold them at all time. Please also note that we reserve the right to review and make changes to these terms and conditions as times changes. Any and all of these changes will be reflected on this page.
